De combinatie van geluidsisolatie en isolatie maakt dit product perfect voor de vloer en kofferbak van het voertuig. Het dempt trillingen, blokkeert geluid en isoleert de panelen. Bovendien kunt u het eenvoudigweg lostrekken en op het metaal plakken in één eenvoudige toepassing!
Geluidsdempende laag
Dodo Mat Deadn Duo heeft een 1,8 mm dikke dempende laag van butylrubber om trillingen van het paneel te verminderen en als barrière te fungeren tegen luchtgeluid. Meer rubber en minder minerale vulling zorgen voor een betere trillingsdemping en geluidsreductie. Dead Mat Duo, geplaatst op het plaatwerk aan de binnenzijde van elk voertuig, elimineert ongewenste trillingen en structureel geluid.

Isolatielaag
Duo heeft een geïntegreerde 5 mm dikke Dodo Super Liner toplaag. Dit speciale schuim met gesloten cellen heeft uitstekende thermische en akoestische eigenschappen. Daardoor is het ideaal om geluid te verminderen en het voertuig te isoleren. De gesloten celschuimlaag fungeert daarom als een thermische isolatielaag die de temperatuur in de cabine van het voertuig het hele jaar door stabiliseert en de kans op condensvorming verkleint.
Gebruiksgemak
Om het installatiegemak te vergroten, wordt het product geleverd in één doorlopende plaat van 5 m (opgerold), perfect voor maatwerk en grote vloeroppervlakken.

Sound Deadening Layer
Dodo Mat Deadn Duo has a 1.8mm butyl rubber deadening layer to reduce vibration from the panel and act as a barrier to airborne noise. Due to this, more rubber and less mineral filler means better vibration dampening and noise reduction. Dead Mat Duo placed on the interior sheet metal of any vehicle will destroy unwanted vibrations & structural noise.

Insulation Layer
Duo features an integral 5mm Dodo Super Liner top layer. This special formulation closed cell foam has excellent thermal and acoustic properties. Consequently, this makes it ideal to reduce noise and insulate the vehicle. Therefore, the closed cell foam layer will act as a thermal insulating layer to help stabilise vehicle cabin temperatures throughout the year and reduce the chances of condensation forming.

To increase installation convenience the product is supplied in one continuous 5m sheet (rolled) perfect for custom work and large floor areas.
