If you got a bike rack on the rear of your tailgate, then Transporter upgraded tailgate struts are for you!

Our struts have got extra pressure inside the strut compared to standard/original so the tailgate wont keep trying to shut itself when you have got a bike rack or extra weight on the tailgate. We have found even adding a tailgate curtain pod is enough weight to stop the tailgate from opening fully.

The struts are easy to fit by pushing the end of the strut over the factory fitted ball end.

Fitting should take about 5 minutes max.

It fits all models of VW T5 or T5.1 but NOT T6
